My first visit was definitely a good visit. The staff were professional and kind. But the dr whom I seen Dr Ibarra was beyond caring and actually took the time to listen and address my concerns and needs. Being that I was a new patient she ensured to get ALL info from my last Dr including er visits etc to know how to provide and set up proper treatment going forward. She made me feel calm and relaxed during the entire visit. Where as my last provider gave me extreme anxiety and was totally dismissive. I definitely recommend not just this office but the staff and Dr as well.
